Gary Humble Is The Most Qualified

Dear Voters on Signal Mountain,

We have a rare opportunity on Aug. 2 to elect perhaps the most-qualified person who has ever run for public office on Signal Mountain - Gary Humble - as Signal Mountain town judge. I say this without intending to disparage in any way either of the other two candidates who are running for this office or any of our other fine judges who have served in this office. 

Gary is uniquely qualified to serve in this office by his background and experience, including service as the Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee for 25 years (1987- 2011) and in his prior role as Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia. He also has served as a trial attorney with the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice. While serving in these other offices, he has also taught as an adjunct professor of Law at the University of Tennessee College of Law and has volunteered his time coaching several high school mock trial teams.

Gary has lived on Signal for the past 18 years. Gary will serve as our town judge with humility and integrity and respect for all of our citizens. I wholeheartedly endorse Gary and encourage you to vote for him on Aug. 2.
